Had to replace Starter as we are were passing through in our RV. Jim got us set up for the next morning and Mechanic Robert started working on it right after we got there. The shop here are super knowledgeable and very friendly. You can be absolutely sure that they're going to take care of you and not upsell you on stuff you don't need.

I have been in town a couple months and had car trouble. Called Woodard Auto and Truck first thing in the morning they came out right away and picked up my car. (FREE TOWING)!! Called me 30 min later told me what was wrong and how much to fix, I gave them the go ahead. They had it fixed by that afternoon, best service from a auto repair shop I have ever gone too. I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars in my book.

I have had several car services done at Woodard’s in Moses Lake. Every time I’ve gone in, the customer service has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve taken all 3 of our family’s cars there, a Chevy Malibu, my husbands car, a Volvo and our GMC truck. We’ve had our brakes done, our transmissions flushed and other car services. I am extremely happy with the service that we received and will continue to have our cars maintained there.
